Trained and certified by the Protocol School of Washington®. Teach Business/Social Etiquette and International Protocol to major corporations, companies, universities, and children nationally. Public speaker and guest lecturer. Protocol advisor for the 2001 and 2005 Governor’s Inaugural Ball and 1999 Special Olympics Summer World Games held in Raleigh, North Carolina. Started and ran a successful junior cotillion program with over 300 students/year from 1991 until 2002.
Developed and implemented an effective Community Relations Program with a super regional mall where it was awarded the United Arts Award; Governor’s Business Award and the National Business Council in Art’s Award in 1998.
Developed and ran an after school program for teens at risk of dropping out of school with a 99% High School graduation success rate.
Represented 22 manufacturers in gift and party industry-exceeding sales quotas by 125% in 1990, 27% in 1991.
Established $1 million frame program for the Mercantile Corporation.
Developed territory by expanding account base from 69 to 125 in 1988 increasing annual sales from $169,000 to $467,000.
Managed 4 regional bank departments supervising staff of 16. Automated commercial cash deposit department-increasing productivity by 31% and increasing deposit base by 20%. Acted as the liaison between the parent bank in Cleveland, Ohio and the Federal Reserve Bank.
Managed $1.7 million territory increasing sales by 9.6% in 1984. Selected as one of seven sales specialists in the company.
Developed and implemented an effective Investor Relations program for $3 billion bank holding company. Acted as corporate liaison between the primary lending bank, 156 investors and 45 CEO’s.
Coordinated a four-day international investor’s conference where 500,000 shares of common stock were privately placed in Europe.
